Huh It did start at 7 PM UTC, but we're on Daylight Saving Time so it's UTC+1 until October...

This discussion began at 8 (UTC+2) for me so logically it was 6 UTC, and it was stated it would begin at "7.00pm GREENWICH MEAN TIME" ie. GMT ≃ UTC. Am I missing anything? Confused

Confused When it's 7 PM in London, it's 8 PM in Paris. Both the UK and France apply the Daylight Saving Time offset, so you don't have to add 2 hours to the UTC time, only 1 hour.
