Good question, I hadn't noticed the focused "directionality" of the light before. Another question is if there's no inventory does this mean there are no oil refills or batteries anything along those lines? Or instead of managing your oil levels manually do you just have to depend on "refill stations" dotted around the game's world?

Likewise, if there's no inventory how do you heal wounds? CAN you heal wounds? How does one plan ahead in terms of managing your medicines and oil if you can't access them at will?

Hmmmm.

Maybe the monsters will always kill you with one hit so there's no need for medkits or laudanum. This would make monsters even more dangerous.

Or perhaps if you manage to find an unoccupied house, you could take a nap in the bed...

Actually, just dug this up:

Domestic pigs are rarely aggressive. The only exceptions are sows with a young litter and boars if provoked.

So if you see a pig:
1) Do not attempt to provoke, no matter how convinced you may be to throw a chair at its back
2) Do not step into a pig's FOV. Sneaking behind it would work wonders.
3) Do not wear any clothing that exposes the skin for bite marks
4) They can smell fear... or sweat. Whichever comes first.
5) If you wanna run, make sure you're fit
