No pets, however a bird once flew into my window and got pretty injured from it. We nursed it for the night and took it to the vet in the morning. Till it left, we had named it Archimedes.

That happened to us here too once.
We took care of him for some days, he, or rather it, was rly cute
After a few days we found out that it belongs to some breeder, then we hand it him back.
