It has, but I could have made it clearer. I've updated the OP to include this info:

Features:

• 18 levels of puzzling and platforming
  
• Approximately 4 hours playtime (this has yet to be verified and will be updated once the beta is finished)
  
• A whole new take on the A:TDD story, with all new writing
  
• Tons of new 2D images and textures
  
• 5 new and original music tracks

Tech Specs:

• IFC ("Isolated Full Conversion") mod for Amnesia version 1.3
  
• Only available for Windows due to technical limitations
  
• 400Mb download (hey, there's a lot of content!)
  
• Includes installer and launcher
  
• You won't be able to use the code to make your own side-scrolling mods, but you will be able to try your hand at making custom levels (i.e., custom stories) for A:TSD

Apologies to non-Windows users, but it took a bit of jiggery-pokery of the engine itself to get this working. Doing the same thing on Mac and Linux is currently beyond me.
