Developer Motivation?

I have a book called "Bli Best med Mental Trening" which translates to "Be the Best Through Mental Training." It's written by someone supposedly known as Norway's best psycological mentor. I've yet to read the book, but it has gotten high praise. Perhaps I should.

Of course, it has no direct relevance to whatever we do here, but for this topic, it definitely does. I wonder if it has an English copy...
