Sculptris: It's Zbrushs' baby brother, it's free and using Blender can be exported to HPL!

Blender: Easy and free to export 3d .obj files and other formats to Blender.

Mixpad: Turned my crappy PS Eye Camera to a really good recording microphone (with the help of Mr.Sock of course). Download the trial and after that downgrade to the free version. It works wonders once you get it!
