Sad  : working .dae model not in correct place

Hey all,

I FINALLY found out how to export not only model but bones as well from Blender to HPL2.

One problem thou,

The position is not right for the model, the bones are in the right place (the direct center) but the model isn't...

If anyone wants to have a look at the model PM me, it would be greatly appreciated.

P.S: I tried using the Ctr + A and SHIFT + S route in Blender but it still doesn't work...
