This deformed man is a special case, it's been haunting me many times too with other types of things... what are you exactly trying to do? It might easily be a HPL error, but... I don't know. Try opening the .ent with text editors and searching for something that points out to that deformed man.

Otherwise, you can send me the files and maybe I can fix it. Maybe... XD
