Dear Mr Doolittle,

David has asked me to contact you directly, and wishes to send his apologies that you have unfortunately received this information out of context. Our R&D team did indeed recently request notifications of interest for an upcoming project. This request was intended solely for personnel stationed at Carthage facilities. If this request has somehow found its way to you, David is sure you would be very surprised.

If Utica wants to work with us on the SCZM project, David would be pleased to meet with you. However, since the SCZM project is a workgroup set up to streamline the stocking of staff vending machines, it seems unlikely that you would wish to spend any time or effort in that regard.

If you are in Lisbon any time soon, David would love to see you at the villa for dinner.

This is what comes from using unsecured email to discuss top level research.
This is not acceptable! I want the SCZM workgroup in the boardroom this morning.

From now on, all comms regarding SCZM are limited STRICTLY to Carthage
personnel with a vested interest in the project and VERIFIED TOP LEVEL CLEARANCE.

As for Doolittle, get rid of him. Tell him nothing.
