There's no such thing as a "jump scare", as there is no fear involved. There is no point before, during, or after a "jump scare" that you experience any level of actual fear.

Wrong. The anticipation of possible jump scares following the first one could be called fear. It wears off, but it's still there.

It's more anger for me, because I know what they're doing and it just pisses me off.
