Well, in my country the problem with games is that basically right now there is a law slowly advancing that tries to ban every game with violence.

Same here. After a series of killing sprees at schools committed by students, the whole discussion about violence in media (especially video games) picked up pace. As yet, no tightening of the law has taken place, but who knows what the future will bring.

It's only populism after all: By trying to ban violent video games, they're trying to ban violence from society. But games aren't the origin of the violence, they're only made the scapegoats.
