What do you think Clarence would look like in a not-in-phillips-head form?

So what would you think he looks like?

I made a drawing of him, but didn't scan it. He looks like a gangster with only some short prickly hair, and a smug face while holding a cigarette. (tobacco in my drawings means the person using it is a bad guy). In the corner is a scared Philip.
