Remove both of the

void AddEnemyPatrolNode(Monster1, PathNodeArea_35, 3, string& asAnimation);

Maybe change it to

void MonsterWalk1(string &in asParent , string &in asChild , int alState)
{
SetEntityActive("Monster1" , true);
AddEnemyPatrolNode("Monster1", "PathNodeArea_35", 3, "");
}
