I think you could do it using gimp or photoshop without having to edit it with 3d modelling software. First create a folder, call it 'My_Painting' or something... then you copy all of the files from one of the other paintings and paste them into your folder - ad rename all of the files to 'NAMEOFFOLDER'.xxx

Next use Gimp or photoshop (with .dds plugins) to open the .dds file in your 'My_Painting' folder, and you should be able to just paste the painting you want over the existing painting. but be carefull not to overlap onto the gold trims, or the picture frame will have bits of painting on it. Then open the .ent in model editor and make sure everything looks right. It's a very simple and lazy solution, so it might not work, also you will have too choose a painting with a picture roughly the same aspect ratio of your custom painting.
