Hello everyone, I'm back after about a month of absence. My life has been fairly tumultuous (not miserable, just busy!) with the end of the summer, so chances to work on my project were fairly uncommon. However, I have picked it up again and am pleased to announce that I am well on my way with this. I have completed 5 levels, each with heavy amounts of loving detail and scripting poured into them.
The purpose of this custom story is to break out of the mold of other custom stories- telling a story by showing rather than telling. It takes you on a journey you haven't experienced in Amnesia before- you might as well do away with all preconceived notions that this is even related to Amnesia in any way save for the engine. It should be treated as its own game, as I have done extensive scripting to ensure a very immersive experience. It will be heavily puzzle oriented, with emphasis on exploration and good old-school 'try everything'.
