Amnesia Terms of Use document?

I make Let's Plays on youtube and recently I was selected to earn money with ads. now it says I need permision for game footage. like terms of use or a copyright thing. I can't seem to find it. can a FG employee help me out on this? I've seen other youtubers have Lps of Amnesia and they earn money through ads.
