Why does it matter? I played Mafia when I was 11. I even bought it in a shop.

It's rated 16+ in most places.
Few places rated 12+.

Finland uses the PEGI rating, and it's rated 16+ here.

At us in Russia as those ratings nobody observes. Yes they are - but that at purchase on them looked - such are not present. It is possible to tell that for us - that game with violence and a rating 18 + too most as game Everyone - without a difference. In fact main that the violence and blood have been justified during game - justified (for example) by a plot.

In Hungary, the rating is 12+
