Two questions:

1. Will the story be linear or will it include optional places to go and reward player who search a lot (which I do) and will it be a bit like the main Amnesia story where you have like a main "hub" area from which you go into the different levels?

2. In the "about" information, you have estimated how long it will last, is this when you play it? Cause for people who don't know the maps and have never done the puzzles etc it can probably be longer, I guess.

Really looking forward to it!
1) There is (like you said) optional places and a couple of levels with the "main hub". There is also "hidden story" (of the previous owner of the estate) which exists in letters. Some letters are quite important for the main story. And it's also good if you already know something about Scandinavian mythology (like what is/are Valkyries, Yggdrasil, Ragnarok (Ragnarök), Nidhogg (Nidhögg/Niðhöggr), Jormungandr (Jörmungandr), Muspel ("muspels fire"), Fenris (wolf), Fimbul Winter (Fimbulvetr), writing with runes etc...) , I mean vikings, their gods (like Odin/Wotan/Óðinn (and his ravens Hugin and Munin), Thor, Frey, etc...) and places(Valhalla, Asgard (Asgård), Jotunheim, Hel (Not hellBig Grin) )


2) My two little brothers tested it for the first time (about 7 levels ago), the time is how long they played it. Each level is about 5 - 30 minutes long. Of course it's just estimate, but it depends of the person who plays it. My brothers didn't know anything of the story or the mod when they played it. There is some hard puzzles where you need to think logically, but there is also some easier puzzles too.

I paused the project for a little while.

The mod's size is at this moment about 100mb.
I need someone to make the animations to my monster, because of that I have 2012 version of maya and I have problems to convert the animations with it. I'll make sounds to it.

I've planned my next mod. It'll be in more modern world than that amnesia is. Flashlight, modern environment (will be self made), etc...

I have also thought of making whole new game with hpl1 engine.

But don't worry, I will not abandon this project Smile
