Problems with notes in custom stories...

At first, I wanna say hello (: I'm new here.

At second, I write because I have a big problem with notes in custom stories(like subject says xp). Exactly: After the click on note, it's open and... nothing. There's no text. I'm sure that I installed every custom story correctly(I checked it on youtube). How can I fix that? I want to play with my friends some stories in weekend...
I have some reasons to think that my game doesn't displays in-game texts(I mean, like this which we can seen for example in Daniel's retrospections in the game proper.) too.
I have game from shop, I mean in a box, not from Steam.

This problem exists only in custom stories. In game proper every note is working correctly.

Sorry for mistakes that I made. I'm still learning English, at all.

It sounds like the custom stories don't support the language that your game is set to. Most custom stories only support English, so having Amnesia set to use another language will cause the notes to appear empty. Try setting the language for Amnesia to be English.
