The first bug you can find very often in the game by watching several videos on youtube.
But not all are permanently. I found a place where the bug everytime appears and everyone can do it in the game.

I use version 1.2 without any mods.

The second bug is very very annoying. It caused a permanently stuck in the game, that you have to load an older savegame.
It appears in the morgue, when you have to drill the hole into the head of the corpse.
When you clicked during this event very often on the mouse, then you can't interact the injection anymore. You stucked for ever.

Maybe this bug can be fixed in any further update.

This is about a glitch in the study.
You can get through the wall when you climbed on the debris.

You can get through the wall when you climbed on the debris.

It is easier to tell where you CANT get trough the wall. I found a lot of of such places while playing the game.
