Changing menu loading screen

I'm making a full conversionis there a way to change the menu loading screen without replacing the .jpg in graphics folder?
I looked through the config files but couldn't find an entry for the path of the menu_loading screen...

It doesn't matter if you love him, or capital H.I.M.
