Too punchy, drag down the timpani velocities on all but the one or two emphasis notes throughout the measure, so it's more dynamic. Right now it sounds unnaturally strong.

I liked it, too Smile Now I don't know much about music so I can't explain this in proper terms, but maybe you could try making it sound less..."uniform"? Right now you have these very regular sounds, always in the same interval and always in the same volume and it sounds a bit monotonous after a while, like a metronome. Also in the first track, the notes always make a "stop" before the next one is played, like the musician is playing his instrument for the first time and has to stop and look at his hands between every note Wink Maybe you could make them flow into each other without a stop instead.
