Who took the radio/room right before the UV room

It probably means nothing, but interesting in a way. When you get to the radio room, hear the beeps and the walkie talkie is there, there is also a note. the note talks about the one in charge who is angry that someone took a radio from that room. who? maybe Red. We saw one in his room. Weather Red took it or not, it really doesn't answer BIG questions, it's just interesting that perhaps Red stole the Radio from them.

I noticed in the room, there is a piece of paper that you can grab right around the dead worm. It's mixed in with the other clippings. I may have found that long ago though. What I didn't find until now, was there is another slip of paper behind the projector screen.

What does it say on the one mixed in with the clippings?
I think I missed that, but found the projector one. By the way, that picture that is showed on the projector (An annelid?): really nice. I love that one.
