I mean if you decide name "Sexy Castle" but story is about frogs, ain't it weird ?

It should be opposite: You decide that story is frogs and then: "Yep, name will be Sexy Castle!"

Just kidding, but else yeah, you decide story first and once you have decided many parts in story, trust me, title will come pretty fast !

You can't really name your custom story if there is no description for it. Try thinking of the CS first, then pick a name that actually fits with it.
