Skyboxes

Okay, so my custom story will be outside almost all the time and every time a place the skybox on the level editor, I activate it, it shows the picture in the editor with the default color that the level editor chose under where the picture ends. When I go into the game I look up and the skybox has no picture but there is a white sky.

Note: The file is a .DDS file.

RE: Skyboxes

Remember that just because it is a .dds file doesn't mean it's a skybox. They need to be properly made.

RE: Skyboxes

Let me go check it out in GIMP see if it is...

EDIT: the Skybox is correctly made it won't show in the game so I am going to increase fog and make the color black until I can find a solution

RE: Skyboxes

No need to check the DDS file if the level editor can find and display it. If it ain't a .map_cache issue, then the game can't find it.

RE: Skyboxes

Let me try deleting the map_cache and see if it works
