We do no longer need any voice actors!.....

Hello everyone!

Since Killings In Altstadt was such a success, we started a new, bigger and better project!
We really need some good voice actors to make this mod as good as possible.

I can't tell you much about the story unless you are in the dev team because we want to keep it a secret until release. But here are some facts about it:

Great story if you ask me
Over 150mb of new content so far but keeps expanding
Several new enemies
New entities
New sounds
New music
New static objects
Allot of voice acting

So if you are interested in making this project even better or maybe you just like voice acting, then record you saying the text bellow.

Don't fear the darkness... That's the only thing i can think of. I can remember nothing, not a damn thing about what could have possibly happened, who i am or what i am.. or even why i'm here. But even so... The only thing i can think of is do not fear the darkness (sigh)

Is there a deadline for the samples to be sent in? I'd be interested but I'm waiting a week or two until I can afford a new microphone with much increased quality over my current one.

No deadline yet!

You can record with low quality right now, just so we know if your voice fits a certain character. Then we can record the real stuff later with a better mic if you want...

What is the character feeling about this? Is he puzzled, has he come to terms with his amnesia, or is he even annoyed or frustrated? It's easy to just say "Do this line." and then pick an actor who just happened to randomly pick the closest character. If you want a character with emotion, specify all that you can about him: Age, profession, personality, current emotional state, background, and so on. As actors, voice actors have ranges beyond their normal everyday voice.

PS: The attached recording is low quality, and the background fluttering was probably due to the neighbor playing music at the time.

It seems .ogg archived as .zip worked without complaints. (.ogg is what Amnesia uses, but you can't attach files to a forum post unless it's packed.)
