[SPOILER] Level Editor Black Screen

Hey guys, I've already searched the forums and looked for answers but nothing seems to help.

Whenever I open the LevelEditor.exe it just shows a black screen and it won't close unless I use the task manager and end it's process. I downloaded the game from an installation disc.

Specs:
HP Pavilion G7 Laptop

Windows 7 x 64
Intel i5-2430M
6 GB DDR3
Radeon HD 6470M

I'm willing to post screenshots, take videos and upload them here or use teamviewer/skype with anyone for further help.
