Editor Crashing

I cannot open the level editor. It crashes with this error message:

go to C:/users/*your user*/documents and then rename the HPL folder to HPL_OLD

then restart the level editor

the start up will make a new HPL folder in the documents folder. you can now delete the HPL_OLD folder

Didn't work. It did make a new HPL2 folder, but I still get the same error.

do the same thing, but redownload the tools before you rename the HPL folder

Why don't you just redownload the whole editor and delete all the old files?

The LevelEditor.log would have (probably) been more useful. You don't explain if you messed around with the system before this issue occurred. Also, you may want to verify the game files if you use Steam or Desura for the game.

Guys, it's not hard to figure out that the only file that he needs to change is "d:\hpl_2\core\sources\gui\guiskin.cpp". It's his skin that's not programmed right.

Where is the LevelEditor.log? Also, I recently turned my CS into an FC. I don't use Steam or Desura.
