Blank note

I'm at Sector C and need the code for the door with the numpad. I read some walkthroughs and it said that I should read the blank note, I have it.. but can't read it. It says that i's empty and nothing on it.. Nothing happens when I double click it.. And when I look on the "To do list" it also says that i's empty kinda..

Help, what should I do?!
