[HELP] Ragdoll Positioning

I've seen YouTube videos where people have jump scares and one of the naked dudes is grabbing out to get you, when I put in the guy how can I animate him to have a hand grabbing out or be crawling?

You'll have to put the model in a 3d editor, such as Maya or 3ds Max maybe even Cinema 4D. Put we don't like jump scares with naked men here.
