Using sfx from game in music

Hi all, I created a song which uses a lot of sounds from
Amnesia. I couldn't find out what sort of copyright applies to the sfx samples
and whether it is okay to use them. Perhaps I am missing some obvious spot where
that is explained, but in any case I'd appreciate some help.
What I would like to do
is release the song on the internet for free with an explanation about the usage
of copyrighted samples from Amnesia. Is it OK if I do that?

If anyone could direct me or just paste info, or how to google it (simple phrases doesn`t work) i would appreciate.
I could just upload song right now, and wait for mail form Frictional Games about copyright infrigement, but this is n`t the way.

I don't think there would be an issue if it's a free track. If you were selling it commercially, there would probably be an issue.
