Get the saw and head to the computer room. You can find the saw in the supplies room when i remember correct ^^

I think you get the hand past the gass-leak area (a worm vomits it up). You need a gas mask to get in there and it is really all you need to get the hand as well. Mask can be found next to a dead body in one of the rooms with lasertraps in it.

That's pretty general, but since I don't know specifically what your problem is .. well. Where you're at, if you get stuck in an area - don't worry. Just leave it and check out the other rooms you haven't been in yet, then come back if you have more specific questions.

Ah right the hand you get behind the gas leak from the dead body when the big worm coming out of this walls.
