Key name + description won't work [solved]

If I pick up the key I've placed, it says: ''Picked up''
The description: '' '' (AKA nothing)

This is my english lang file ( Map description works perfectly fine btw )

In Hotel Smokem - Melvin's Story, you play as detective Melvin van Dutch. Melvin heard about "Hotel Smoke" but never payed much attention on it. Until, he rumours that there was a murder at Hotel Smoke. Can Melvin solve this crime?

Diaryname
[voice voicefile.ogg][br]Text in note

"The key that unlocks the door to the lobby. Why is it covered in blood?."
Lobby Key

The door is locked. A key is required to open it!

What did I do wrong? the LevelDoor won't work either but lets just focus on the main issue. If you have the solution for the leveldoor that'll be much obliged.

RE: Key name + description won't work

Does the name of your key in the .lang file match the name in the CustomSubItemTypeName in the level editor under the entity tab?

Yes, the key is called(the CustomSubItemTypeName): toLobbyKey
