RE: Your "phobia" list

Everyone has fears. My list is apparently the longest one.

RE: Your "phobia" list

I don't fortunately have many... but these ones are strong.

Injections and blood tests.
I may faint or puke if I'm not laying down while they're done. And even if I am, my vision starts spinning and I feel ill. Needless to say I only take vaccinations that are absolutely necessary (like tetanus every 10 years or so). Not taking any stupid influenza vaccines every frigging year, no way! I try to avoid giving blood samples to the last. I could never donate blood and have a needle inside me for longer than few seconds, eww.

Being the center of attention.
Like having presentations at school while your class is watching. My heart starts pounding, my hands are shaking, I'm sweating and I start to stammer and forget what I was even saying. Most of people aren't taking it seriously and say "You just need to do it more so you'll get used to it." Well, guess what. I've had this as long as I can remember, and the more I've done them the worse my fear has gotten. Soon I have to present my thesis to the hall full of people. I'm probably gonna die in horror before that, or "just" have sleepless nights for a couple of weeks.

High places.
I'm not really sure why I have this, since I don't have any kind of traumas of falling or anything. When I was a kid, I used to be a daredevil who always had to climb to every tree (the higher the better) and while in amusement park I always took the wildest rides. Nowadays? If it goes higher than a human can fall without being injured, it's too high.

My body's juices start rolling at HiSpeed if I would be on a roof. There was this video where a man climbed a 1700 feet tall tower! I was sweating like crazy!

The chair was smelly afterwards...

Don't really have a phobia, but things do worry me. I don't wish to list much (as giving too much personal info is dangerous).

RE: Your "phobia" list

The only thing that I'm afraid of at this moment is that if I'm going to lose my loved one.
(I used to have kind of stormy relationships before my current girlfriend)

I felt like I was about to fall... WHILE SITTING ON THE FLOOR!

Unbelievable video... and when the narrator said "Now here's the tricky part", I said "Getting up there is tricky, but getting down is far worse now!"
