Control Help

Sorry to be a newbie pain, but I'm trying the Overture demo and I'm in the middle of a scene, don't want to shut it down and lose my place and can't remember all of the controls... Especially the one to crouch. Did an alt-tab to get here. Can anyone help me?

GOT IT!! Any hints on using the keyboard and mouse will be appreciated.

OK, default controls - as far as I remember them without playing - are:
Moving: WASD
Jumping: Space
Running: Shift+Movement key
Crouching: Ctrl (Toggle by default)
Flashlight: F
Glowstick: G

There is a button to switch to "interaction mode" but I never used it, so I forgot where it is.
