How to instal amnesia the dark decent (no torennt)

so i have Amnesia on my leptop but my leptop broken,and so my brother have amnesia in a USB so he move the file to my computer but i don't know how to instal it (the only that knows to instal it is my brother),but he wont instal it and he wont tell me how,so please tell me how to instal it

I believe he moved the Exe file onto a flash drive, which will not allow you to install the game. Install it the way you did before.

okay,now i have another problem its not instalation, its alredy instaled to my computer my brother never told me,but now here the problem the key image when i picked up any key,usualy its usualy looks like a normal key in Amnesia (on my leptop),but now in my computer its not the key image like it usualy is
so the normal key look like this:
but now on my computer, when i picked up any key then i open up the inventory the key is on the center of the inventory and the key image is large(not like the normal key image),but its still can be use,please help me.
(sorry for bad English,i'm not American i'm Asian)
