I don't believe so. Legalizing a drug doesn't mean that all junkies in the state will be drawn there just for the sake of smoking pot, sure they might go there over a weekend to an acquaintances house for a smoke but call it home? Highly doubtful. People worry too much about these kind of stuff.

I'm in Wales and on Sky News they mentioned it.

A few states have this, but this is the first time to ever happen.

I am happy for those states. Should be interesting to see the stats of crime and stuff etc.

It's still a federal crime so you are technically not allowed to be in possession of it (not yet anyway).
