HELPPP :P FULL CONVERSION .english problem

HELPPP FULL CONVERSION!
Here is the problem->
-----> THE LINE DOWN HERE IS IN : "voidOnSTART"
AddEffectVoice("0_1.ogg", "", "Voice", "THISISNTWORKING", false, "", 0, 0 );

The "THISISNTWORKING" is NOT working!
Here is the line where i put the THISISNTWORKING in and the .lang

It just crashes with NO error!
trying for 2 hours now... but i''m tired!
