where is the billboard that i can put on the floor so it shows the shadow from the window frame

RE: Where is the window billboard in the level editor?

Create a spotlight. Click "Gobo". Select your window. Make sure the spotlight has enough radius to reach the floor, and that the shadow isn't upside-down.
