Sorry, I don't understand what you mean.

But, is there a page with the terms or how can I contact the developers?

Meaning that if you sign up with networks such as Machinima or any other big companies, you get full YouTube partnership, plus, they already have made contracts with big game publishers so that you can make money from the videos you make that includes their games. However, this is all I know about that.

But to answer your question:
As far as I know, there is no such page made by Frictional Games.
If I am wrong, someone may correct me.
