No, they''re not Steam keys. It just seems that Steam has a tendency to deposit multiple copies of DOTA 2 as giftable items into our Steam inventory at random times.

EDIT: Anyone who wants one of these DOTA 2s should leave their Steam ID below so that we can add you, and gift you the game.
