who's blood do i need to open the lock,and is there a walkthrough

You need to take the scientist's blood which is lying on the floor right after you come out of the ceiling and see the laser beams.

you'll need the alcohol and syringe. place the alcohol on the syringe to clean the syringe, then use it on that scientist

Thanks i cleaned the syringe after it....left the room,
looks like i have to stack those chaird to re-jump,over the beams,
oh well no prob.(oops chairs)

By the way, just a little hint, bombs will explode only if you walk through the laser beams.

For example: You can take barrel, chair etc. into your hands and pull it through the laser beams, but nothing happens.
