Why Black Plague for windows is not available in Frictionals online store?

I'm ONLY assuming. Windows is available in real retail stores, so maybe they figured, why have it online? They're not a big company.

We do not have any online rights for the windows version of Black Plauge.

It is available at GamersGate though.
