Hello people
I didn't have need to use that for quite long, so I don't even know when it happened. I wanted to use "Falloff Map" on spotlight but my editor doesn't display all the files in texture browser. I can only see two files with tga extention. I tried to paste their full names from the folder to browser, still doesn't work. I reinstalled Amnesia together with level editor and settings and it didn't help as well.
I remember using Falloff Map once long ago and then it was fine.

Well now that I look at it in the files, it seems as though the original falloffs are TGA. Perhaps they can only be of that filetype. What are you trying to do? It sounds like there isn't a problem going on... I think what you are looking for is using GOBOs

Okay guys, sorry, I am an idiot. For all this time I was clicking the wrong thing. I realized I was supposed to use Gobo, not Falloff a few minutes before reading Statyk's reply.
Once again sorry for bothering you with one of my derp moments.
