As sad as it to say, but will have to wait for the "Outlast", which is already the 4th of September. "Amnesia" does not want to meet with us, it's terrible! Already August 6th dammit! The end of summer is fast approaching, and we got only emptiness ...

By all means go do so. I sincerely mean it, and am not being passive aggressive here. You do not have to "abandon" Amnesia to play Outlast at all, and if it might take your mind off of the stress of waiting for Amnesia it might all be for the better.
While I can understand a lot of the excitement for the new game you do not have to surround your entire life around it making it the endgame deciding factor of your mental well being. It is merely one of the many pleasures(?) that life can bring us, and if it isn't ready just yet you can go enjoy doing something else for the time being instead of rolling all around on something that you cannot enjoy yet.
Not saying that by doing this you are no longer anticipating the game. It's all about the proper mindset to not overstress yourself with matters you cannot control all that much.
@Paddy: That's golden XD

xoxo
x = Roman numeral for 10
Therefore xoxo = 10o10o
Which with logic translates to 10.o1.0o
This means the release date will be October 1st, year 3000
