The photo was taken in 2006, she was still a baby at the time. The last time I was with her (2009?) she was about 70 centimetres in length maybe.
I don't know if she's still alive (she belonged to an ex-boyfriend) but she might be because I think they can live up to 20 years.
To be honest, I'd be more concerned about the current whereabouts of the zombie chicken in that pic.
After extensive analysis of various Pusheens pixel by pixel, I've come to the following conclusion: the reason why many think Pusheens are so cute has less to do with the fact that it's a cat and more with that it looks like a giant blob with chubby arms and legs sticking out of it. If you look at any Pusheen, such as the ones below, you'll notice that its body is very lacking in detail. The artist probably drew the cat's outline and then filled in the body with that tabby cat colour using a bucket tool or something. The fat, blobby body coupled with tiny or near non-existent limbs evokes memories of babies within us, which (most) humans have evolved to find adorable.
