Model getting deformed after animating with maya

So I'm doing some mocap animations for my future projects and when i import the animation into maya and bind it to the character it looks alright, everything works but when i import it in model view the animation doesn't play...

WARNING: More than 4 bones on a vertex in submesh 'polySurface6' in mesh 'noi2.msh' !

You have more than 4 influences - should be an option for that when you bind the skin.

So i fixed the character... Now it ain't getting deformed anymore but my animation ain't playing ... And this is what appears into the log ...
