Speed of water?

Is it possible to increase the speed of the plane material "sewer_water_streaming.mat"?

I'm trying to create a river with a fast current. I tried editing the mat in material editor and increasing the speed of the uv animation and though it looks faster in the material editor's preview, it doesn't look any faster in the level editor. Thanks in advance.

Changing the texture scale in the level editor may help.
