How to find MODs other than stories

When I visit moddb I see only loads of custom stories. How do I find other kind of mods e.g. texture packs, post effects etc.?

Some people that upload to moddb confuse "mods" with "addons." Nevertheless, if they're to be anywhere, it'd be in addons.

Then it's like digging through spam in the 90's :/ The same goes for promotion of non-custom-story mods.

As far as I'm aware of (Could very well be wrong I'm not sure), there are VERY few enhancer type mods available for Amnesia if there even are any at all.
