How to import custom entities?

I downloaded some custom entities from moddb recently, but im not really sure how I add them to my custom story?

You can place them for yourself in the right folders. So entities in the entities folder, etc.
If you want them to be in your cs, just create an new folder along with your other folders, named 'entities', etc.. Just place them there and you should be good to go.
